Prevention is key
to staying out of the system
So I am reading a book by Keven Trudeau, “Natural Cures They Don’t Want you to know about.” A friend of mine, who teaches tennis in his late 60’s, told me about it years ago. My friend eats only organic and is very seldom sick.
I find that the book is solidifying what I already knew about the sick care system, that it thrives on junk food, pills, procedures, and greed. It is pretty sickening to think about. We truly are a greedy nation.
It’s not hard to find news articles on how the Federal Trade Commission and others have raked Keven over the coals and tried to shut him up. He is clearly over the target. I am reminded of Alex Jones.
The Covid 19 ordeal was a bridge too far IMHO. I am hoping, at this juncture, that even the most die hard TV News watcher will somehow awaken from their slumber? This entire ordeal has been a huge study in human psychology, government, philosophy, finance, science, propaganda, law, and medicine.
A great wakening? And now with the President Trump being indicted. We had Better hold on. Things could get a lot rougher going forward. There are plenty of vax injured zombies out there. Never give up your guns. Buy local. Support your local farmer’s market.
Don’t get me wrong. I am free market kind of guy. But in the same breath, clearly what regulation entities that are out there, to protect us, well, are industry captured and have let us down. I always liked Ralph Nader and some of the old Democrats.
I am into clean water, organic foods, recycling, hybrid cars, and being an informed consumer. And I like guns. At one point, I once took the side of doctors, with regards to tort reform. Not anymore, especially after what I just witnessed.
I highly recommend Keven’s book. Again, the majority of the cases we see in the hospital are preventable. The TV and the Lazy Boy are the two worst inventions ever made by man. Stay active. Stay well nourished, hydrated with clean water. Blood flow equals healing, always. Get up. Get out. Get that heart pounding. Climb those hills. Go for long walks. Swim. Bike. Get outside. Get that sunshine and vitamin D.
These days, I work as a Home Care Case Manager, helping people manage chronic diseases, keeping them out of the hospital. The majority of these would go away, or be less severe, with the above mentioned strategy. It works, like magic. It’s just what the doctor ordered, or did he?

Good Morning David!
I always look forward to something you post. Thanks.
